Local grocery Bloomingfoods East recently hosted a wine-tasting event on June 16 in celebration of its 35th anniversary. The $5 entry fee to the event benefited Meals on Wheels. The event featured over 30 selections of wines, cheese pairings and live music. Meals on Wheels received a donation of $555 from the successful event. Thanks to Bloomingfoods East for contributing to Meals On Wheels and helping us to serve the homebound in the Bloomington area.
