Helen Freeman receives her Lifetime Achievement Award at the Greater Bloomington Chamber Annual Meeting
Helen Freeman, longtime MOW volunteer, was recently honored by the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her service to the Bloomington community.
