Bloomington Meals on Wheels delivers Monday-Friday to a maximum of 120 individuals
on 10 different routes in Bloomington and Ellettsville, Indiana. Each route has a capacity
of 12 individuals. If a route is at capacity, new clients are added to a waiting list in the
order they requested services.
Please complete the intake form below or call our office at 812-822-2499 to start the
process of receiving Meals on Wheels.
Once you have completed the intake form, an intake coordinator will contact you to
review the form, verify that Meals on Wheels is the right program for you, work with your
doctor to get a diet order, and prepare you to begin services. If there is a waiting list,
they will inform you of your options at that time.
Completing the intake form does not guarantee you will receive Meals on Wheels, nor
does it obligate you to receive Meals on Wheels. It is simply the first step in the
process.
